OLSRd 0.6.4 release

Hi,

another release of OLSRd has been uploaded.

Because of the changes of the release procedure, you will find the
source under the "v0.6.4" Tag in our git repository or at
http://www.olsr.org/?q=download.

The update contains quite a bit bugfixes, updates to the SmartGateway
system and the PUD plugin.

there is any config file update or any new feature (core + plugins)
that I should consider when packaging the new release ?

I'd like to start a v0.6.5 release branch.
We have many fixes (coverity, and then some), so a new release would
seem justified.

Your opinions?

you already merged in a mdns branch into master.
do you have more code or did you mean just that?
